Chief Client Officer

Sid is a seasoned leader who has spent the last 18 plus years building and running digital and healthcare marketing businesses. He entered this industry determined to help clients communicate more effectively with their customers by embracing and implementing digital marketing solutions in a scalable and efficient way. In his current role, he draws from his passion for fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, and unique ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.

Earlier in his career, Sid worked in management consulting, which took him all over the world. In 2004, he started eCrossings Media, with the mission to engage hospital systems, integrated health networks, and pharma companies in embracing the digital revolution. Under Sid's leadership, eCrossings Media was instrumental in helping organizations such as Mayo Clinic, Valley Health System, Community Health Systems, Inc., Novartis Vaccines, UCB, and Pfizer enhance their digital footprint through product sites, physician engagement platforms, e-commerce systems, and other marketing channels.

At Guidemark Health, Sid currently leads the charge for driving agency growth and revenue and is responsible for the three core anchors of the agency's offerings: Advertising, Medical Communications, and Learning. He continues to be passionate about driving growth for the organization by leveraging his strong network of trusted client relationships and providing high-touch, executive leadership support for the agency's key account services teams.

Sid received a BA in business economics from Symbiosis College in Pune, India, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, Cyprus.
